NUEVA TERMINAL | VILLA GENERAL BELGRANO | CÓRDOBA

On the afternoon of December 16, 2025, the new Villa General Belgrano Bus Terminal was inaugurated, a strategic project for the town's development and one of the most important of Mayor Oscar Santarelli's second term. The project was made possible through the joint efforts of the Municipal Government and the community, and represents a significant improvement in infrastructure and services, designed for the present and future of Villa General Belgrano. The building has approximately 1,500 square meters of covered space and features 11 bays for medium- and long-distance buses, as well as commercial spaces, a parcel service area, ticket offices, a cafeteria, and rest areas for drivers, among other facilities. This project is the result of responsible management and sound administration of municipal resources, which allowed it to be financed with local funds. The Government of the Province of Córdoba, meanwhile, constructed the pedestrian overpass. The terminal maintains the Central European architectural style characteristic of the town and was adorned with sculptures by local artists, reinforcing the community's identity and sense of belonging. The old terminal building is slated to become a small civic center, housing offices such as a police station, a judicial unit, a justice of the peace court, and a civil registry. This project reaffirms the Municipal Government's commitment to the town's orderly growth and the continuous improvement of services, always prioritizing the comfort of residents and those who choose Villa General Belgrano as their home and destination.
