What do you do when, after a hard life on Earth, you find yourself in hell? The main character, Hikaru, finds herself in just such a situation. Now her only hope for salvation is to work as a waitress at a unique hellish restaurant called "Smile." To earn a chance at reincarnation, she must collect 1,000 tips from the capricious and dangerous guards of the underworld by putting on her signature fake smile. But the task becomes more difficult when she encounters the arrogant, handsome Kaido, who takes all the bonuses for himself. Hikaru is ready to do anything to destroy her competitor, unaware of her colleague's true identity... Will she cope with the cruel rules of hell and regain her right to a real life?
