Dark Lunacy - Return to Russia | The Fall of Creation Opener (Live @ Свобода, Moscow. 2025.12.10) RUS: 12 декабря в столице России в клубе Свобода состоялся концерт Итальянской Dramatic Death Metal группы Dark Lunacy, чьё творчество очень тесно связано с историей России советского периода. Их композиции звучат так, будто их записывали не в студии Пармы, а в старом радиоэфире, где пересекаются голоса с фронтовых хроник и музыкальные отголоски, запечатлённые на пожелтевших плёнках. Их звук — не просто симбиоз дэт-метала и советских мотивов. Это восстановление утраченного кода, где каждый аккорд — фрагмент коллективной памяти. Здесь интонации советской эпохи, вплетённые в плоть симфонического дэт-метала: звуки, будто вырванные из детства, из эфира, из снов, которые ты не помнишь, но чувствуешь. В этот вечер у московской публики впервые за более чем 10 лет (последний приезд датирован 2014 годом) была возможность вновь услышать и пережить всё это вживую. ENG: On December 12 in Russia’s capital, at Svoboda club, a concert took place by Italian dramatic death metal band Dark Lunacy, whose work is closely intertwined with the history of Soviet-era Russia. Their songs sound as if they were not recorded in a studio in Parma, but taken from an old radio broadcast where voices from front-line chronicles intersect with musical echoes captured on yellowed tapes. Their sound is not just a fusion of death metal and Soviet motifs. It is a restoration of a lost code, where every chord is a fragment of collective memory. Here, the intonations of the Soviet era are woven into the very flesh of symphonic death metal: sounds as if torn from childhood, from the airwaves, from dreams you do not remember, but still feel. On this evening, for the first time in more than 10 years (their last visit dates back to 2014), the Moscow audience had the chance to hear and relive all of this live once again. Opening the show were representatives of the local melodic death metal scene from Kaliningrad — The Fall of Creation.
