"CargoPit" Reverse Flow BBQ Smokers! FOR SALE
CargoPit Smokers - Custom reverse flow bbq smoker built to last forever. Two separate fireboxes, two separate 6" cooking chambers are made from 1/4 inch rolled steel, split doors to reduce weight when accessing the chamber, removable cooking racks, reverse flow baffle - which radiates heat eliminating cold spots in the chamber plus meat is not exposed to direct burning wood soot, firebox can be heated using your favorite hardwood or your option of dual Lp gas burners can be installed to ensure less maintaining the heat source in the firebox & keeping the cooking temperature constant with the feature of just enough smoke flavor to add to the meat without that bitter taste resulting from too much smoke. Trailers are made with heavy duty sq. tube iron, dual axles, turn signal/brake lights, flat electric plug, 2" hitch receiver, triple extended tongue, jack w/sandfoot. I also build single chamber unit, with options like warmer box, charcoal box, wood box, ask for pics of other available smoker units if interested.
