Napoleon Dzombe, a secondary school dropout, is a businessman and philanthropist in Malawi. He talks about his humble beginnings as a peasant farmer exchanging labour in his maize field for salt in Madisi Dowa, to a major tobacco farmer and transporter. Now his company, Mtalimanja Holdings Limited runs businesses and charity works from Blessings Hospital, Food Production, sugar production, rice farming and irrigation farming and milling. He has won more than 10 awards for his humanitarian work and is not a multi-millionaire but maintains he is not rich, but rather just a steward of the wealth God has entrusted in him.
