🚨 MISLEADING ADVERTISING? CONSUMER RECEIVED A CAR DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ADVERTISED! Journalist David Corrêa followed the case of consumer Dênis, who bought a vehicle at Arena Multimarcas in Itaquera/SP, believing he was acquiring a "fully equipped" car. However, upon receiving the vehicle, he discovered that essential items promised in the advertisement were missing, such as air conditioning and power steering that did not function correctly. In addition, the consumer faced problems with documentation, fines, and mechanical defects, being without the vehicle for about two months, which directly harmed his income as a rideshare driver. During the report, David Corrêa went to the store to seek a solution based on the Consumer Protection Code, especially Article 35, which guarantees the consumer the fulfillment of the advertised offer.
