-30 Mongolian Winter vs Greenhouse

Spring has finally arrived, and with it comes the melting of snow and the rapid approach of summer. On our homestead we are looking at the various projects we need to do during this brief period of warmth. As winter fades away, many have been curious about the state of our deep winter geothermal greenhouse: Did it work? did it survive a -30 Mongolian winter and how it fared through the cold months and what we're currently up to inside and how we overcome Winter Greenhouse Challenges. This seems like the perfect time to give you a tour of the changes we've made since winter, what's growing now, and our plans for the summer. Outside our greenhouse, we have several projects lined up some as many of our friend in north Idaho in America and the UK on there off grid homesteads.
