Questions you guys may be thinking of: Is it easy to get into University of Bath? University of Bath — Another university in the south west, Bath is the 2nd best business school in the UK, but only the 7th most difficult to get into. Average entrants have 488 UCAS points. Is Bath good place to live? Bath was named the second safest city in the world (second only to York) in 2015 and continues to rate highly as one of the safest places in the UK to live. With high numbers of families, students and tourists Bath is a friendly, welcoming city but like any UK city, crime does exist. Is the nightlife at Bath Uni good? Bath isn't exactly well-known for its nightlife across the UK. Admittedly, when considering the best national party cities, Bath does pale in comparison to Manchester, Leeds, and London. On the campus, the Students' Union hosts Score and Klass weekly, which are great fun. Is Bath a good student city? Image result Bath is a small city and everything is close by, extremely helpful for any student who will quickly learn everything needed is only a few minutes' walk away. Bath has also been labelled as one of the safest student cities in England, so parents can be happy knowing their offspring will be living in a safe environment. Why is Bath not a Russell Group university? Bath does great research (especially in maths), but is in the 1994 Group rather than the Russel Group because it is targeted more towards smaller universities. EDIT: You just have to remember that both of these groups exist in order to pressure the government for more money - they do not represent academic superiority. Is Bath a respected University? Placing 93rd in the ranking marks us out as one of the best places to study globally in terms of students' onward prospects. The University of Bath was rated particularly strongly in terms of its partnerships and its reputation among employers, with a graduate employment rate of 95.6% 12 months after graduation.
