Walking in Jensen Botanical Garden in Carmichael, California

On the way home today, I passed by the Jensen Botanical Garden in Carmichael and stopped to walk around for 45 minutes. The 3.5-acre garden was founded in 1958 by Charles C. Jensen. The botanical garden is adjacent to the Sutter-Jensen Community Park, a 10.8-acre neighborhood park planted with olive trees. A concrete trail connects the botanical garden to the Carmichael Community Garden at the end of Sutter-Jensen Community Park.
