This can be done using the zAutomotive TaZer. In this video we walk you through the process of changing your Charger/Challenger Splash Screen from the stock Challenger logo to the both the Scatpack Bee animated splash screen and the Hellcat splash screen. We navigate through the TaZer menu in the vehicle settings, going to the "comfort" selection, where there are multiple options to choose from.
