George Michael on Desert Island Discs 2007 with Kirsty Young

I am going off piste here some what with this video, however if George Michael had lived he would be 60 on the 25 June 2023. In this interview he reflects on his early life and later on, on his meteoric rise to stardom and forture. His struggles in life have been well documented and he is no stranger to notoriety in terms of his life style. This is an extended version of the interview with added songs. I have been unable to include any orignal works by George Michael due to copy right rules. I have included cover versions which are very good. As with all my videos my focus is on the music I can include, in this case I am not concerned about George Michael's sexuality, his life style or his habits, that's not my concern or business, I just focus on the music.
