Lee Hoo-sang Text: John 4:46-54 46 Jesus went again to Cana in Galilee. This is the place where Jesus had previously turned water into wine. There was a royal official there whose son was ill in Capernaum. 47 When the man heard the news that Jesus had come out of Judea and into Galilee, he came to Jesus and pleaded, “Please come down to Capernaum and heal my son,” for his son was near death. 48 Jesus said to him, “Unless you see a sign or a wonder, you will not believe.” 49 The official begged Jesus, “Sir, please come down before my child dies.” 50 Jesus said to him, “Go back; your son will live.” He believed what Jesus had said to him and went away. 51 As he was going down, servants came out to meet him and reported that the child was alive. 52 He asked the servants when the child had been healed, and they answered, “Yesterday at one o’clock in the afternoon, the fever was gone.” 53 The child's father knew that it was the very hour when Jesus had said to him, "Your son will live."
