BBC1 Breakdown - Heaven Can Wait (Tuesday 20th August 1996)

Here is a BBC1 Breakdown fault from Tuesday 20th August 1996. The BBC1 globe ident showed as planned but as the announcer tried to link viewers to the scheduled film, the globe ident continued onwards and after a minute of its use, the BBC1 breakdown caption was shown. After a few minutes of trying to fix them the BBC crew gave up and went back to the BBC1 globe ident to change the schedule to introduce a different film, Timescape. The announcer is Peter Brook.
