Do Modern Versions Corrupt the Bible by Deleting Matthew 18:11?

I have seen it shared many times in the last couple months. There are two real possibilities for the "absence" of Matthew 18:11 in modern English versions (and other languages as well). Today, we are going to dig in and try to understand this issue. What is the delimma? Why would anyone who claims to be a Christian and claims to love God's Word remove anything from the Bible? After all, the scripture has some harsh warnings about removing things from the Word. We will look at those warnings in just a moment. But is this what translators have done? And to be clear, Matthew 18:11 is not just missing from some modern English versions; it is also missing from Bibles in other languages. How many people are walking around with what they think is a Bible, but really has been ripped apart by modern textual critics who, like Satan, have asked, "Did God really say that?"
