If you have been told that the answer to being skinny is to “just eat more,” you have only been told half the story. Eating more can matter, but it will not automatically give you the stronger, healthier physique you want. Your training, food quality, consistency, and mindset all matter too. For years, I thought I was doing enough. I was working out, eating what I thought was enough, and still staying skinny and weak.
