Fishing For Monster BLUEGILL!! {Catch Clean Cook} Blackened Bluegill

Bluegill as we know them in Texas as "perch" are one of my all time favorite freshwater fish to eat. My wife and I headed to the lake to do some bluegill fishing. This spot has been producing huge perch since I was a boy. Im not sure what keeps them there but they have always been in numbers and are always monsters.
