Shaolin Ch'uan Ti I Lu & Pang Fa Ti I Lu - Kung Fu Chang

First form of Pei Pai Shaolin Ch'uan (" "Classic" Shaolin of Northern China"), and first form of Pang Fa (short staff) - Kung Fu, Master Chang Dsu Yao's school. The shown techniques belong to the category of shaolin styles of northern China. Each form of Pei Pai Shaolin is inspired to the tipical poses of an animal, the shown form represent the tiger, but this isn't the tyger form. Therefore the objective of the student should be to to change his mental attitude while executing the different forms. A.S.D.
