Designed for maximum efficiency, product quality, and long-term reliability, the facility demonstrates how by-products can be converted into high-value protein meals and animal fats. The installation consists of: • A feather processing line with a capacity of 80 tonnes per day, producing high-quality feather meal. • A soft & bone processing line with a capacity of 240 tonnes per day, producing premium protein meal for applications such as pet food, while also recovering high-quality animal fats. From the very beginning, the plant was designed with future expansion in mind, allowing additional processing capacity to be added with minimal modifications. To meet the highest environmental standards, the facility is equipped with an advanced air treatment system combining: Thermal air treatment Biological air treatment Chemical air treatment This integrated solution ensures maximum odour reduction and full emission control, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable operation.
