Welcome to the WACRH Home Exercise Series These videos have been developed by Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy students as part of their Rural placement at the Western Australian Centre for Rural Health to support people in our community and others to stay active at home or at work. There are different levels of exercises and they require minimal equipment.
