Jersey 4 - Wed 3rd June

3rd June dawned dull and wet but it didn't spoil our morning visit to the Jersey War Tunnels - wonderful but rather harrowing exhibition in the former underground hospital built by the Germans during their wartime occupation of the island. As we left we were treated unexpectedly to a drive past of several wonderful old Rollers! From there we walked to the 18th century watermill - Le Moulin de Quétivel for a short tour. We continued our walk through a pretty wooded valley to Coronation Park and St Matthew's Church with its unusual René Lalique glass, both on the outskirts of St Helier.
