I love suitmation. Genuinely, I do. There’s something inherently special about a guy in a monster costume thrashing around a miniature city. It’s raw, it’s physical, it’s charmingly old-school in a way that CGI just isn’t. But—and I say this with all the respect in the world—have we reached the point where we need to hang up the suit?
