This is a video of the successful expedition of Mount Nun conducted by Bikat Adventures from 23rd July to 15th Aug 2021 The Nun-Kun mountain massif consists of a pair of Himalayan peaks: Mount Nun 7135 m (23409 ft) and its neighbor Mount Kun 7077 m (23218 ft). Mount Kun is located north of Mount Nun and is separated from it by a snowy plateau of about 4 km in length. Nun is one of the highest peaks in the part of the Himalayan range lying on the Indian side of the Line of Control (LOC) in Ladakh. The base village Tangol is about 295 kms from Leh Weather plays an important role in such high altitude expeditions and I must thank the weather gods for excellent weather especially on the summit day. Eight climbers from our team managed to summit Mount Nun on 13th Aug 2021.
