TK Diaries: recipe testing process of a lemon blueberry meringue cake (aka Swedish pinocchio cake)

Thanks so much for watching this first ep of Test Kitchen Diaries, where I aim to show my process of recipe testing. This first video only shows one test as I didn't think to film the first one, but moving forward, I'll include the whole process! Unlike what I said in the video... I do have to test it once more, so recipe will be up early this week.
