Civilians in eastern Ukraine killed by rockets
The United Nation's refugee agency says fighting in eastern Ukraine has forced nearly a quarter of a million people from their homes so far this year. As the number of civilian deaths continues to rise, human rights activists are calling on both sides to stop using rockets in populated areas. Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Donetsk.
