MY FIRST CAREER HIGH LIMIT WIN!

WE DID IT… OUR FIRST HIGH LIMIT RACING WIN! 🏆 What a night at Shelby County Speedway in Harlan, Iowa for Midweek Money with High Limit Racing. Coming into this one, nobody really knew what to expect. Shelby County is a place that hasn’t seen many sprint car races, the track got hammered with rain leading up to the event, and with 33 loaded 410 sprint cars in the pit area, we knew it was going to be a challenge. We kicked the night off strong — 3rd overall in qualifying, transferred through our heat race, and made the dash. After a redraw that didn’t exactly go our way, we rolled off 5th for the feature… and had our work cut out for us. What followed was honestly one of the hardest fought races of my career. We battled through restarts, lap traffic, changing track conditions, and a surface that eventually started taking rubber. We drove from 5th to the LEAD against some of the best sprint car drivers in the country — and even slapped the wall with just a few laps to go 😅 But somehow… we held on. At 22 years old, on my birthday, we parked the Buch Motorsports No. 13 in Whiskey Myers Victory Lane for my FIRST CAREER High Limit Racing win. It’s hard to even explain what this moment means. I’ve dreamt of winning a national sprint car race for most of my life. Through all the highs, lows, struggles, setbacks, sacrifices, and moments of doubt… this one makes every bit of it worth it. Huge thank you to Tom Buch, Sean, Gabe, Tyler, everyone at Buch Motorsports, our partners, my family, Carly, Jessica, and every single one of you who has followed this journey. You guys have been part of the grind from the beginning. This one is special. One I’ll never forget.
