Ford Ranger Super Duty Build | From Bare Chassis to XO Canopy | Episode 2

Episode 2 of our Ranger Super Duty build series is officially underway. In this episode, we show you exactly how the Super Duty rolls out of the Ford dealership — bare chassis and all — and why a tray or canopy is the very first decision you have to make. We walk through fitting a full-length Teralume XO canopy, how the mounting system works on the Super Duty chassis, and why we pushed the canopy hard up against the cab. You’ll also get a close look at the integrated water tank, toolbox storage, ladder setup, rooftop tent install, and some honest first impressions of the platform.
