Bánh mousse dâu tây phô mai không dùng lò nướng/ Easy and Delicious Strawberry Mousse cake Chuẩn bị: khuôn đế rời 16 cm Preparation: cake ring size 6 inches A. Đế bánh/ Cake base 70gr bánh quy thường ( cosy, oreo trắng...) - digestive biscuits 40gr bơ lạt đun chảy - melted unsalted butter B. Sốt dâu tây - Strawberry Puree 200gr dâu tây cắt nhỏ - chopped fresh strawberries 70gr đường - sugar 30ml nước - water 5ml cốt chanh -lemon juice 7gr gelatin bột đã được ngâm nở - 7gr gelatin powder C. Mousse phô mai - Mousse base 12gr gelatin bột ngâm nở sau đó đun chín - 12gr gelatin powder 120gr sữa không đường - milk 250gr cream cheese 150gr kem whip - whipping cream 50gr đường - sugar D. Mousse dây tây - Strawberry Mousse Trộn mousse phô mai với sốt dâu tây Thêm một ít màu hồng thực phẩm để bánh kem có màu đẹp - Add a pinch of pink food dye color to create a nice color. E.
