2019 F-150 10R80 Transmission Service: Deep Pan & Remote Dipstick Install

The 2019 Ford F-150 does not make transmission service as simple as it should be. In this video, I service the transmission, upgrade to a larger-capacity aftermarket pan, and install a remote dipstick to make future maintenance much easier.. The factory setup on these trucks can make basic transmission maintenance more difficult than it needs to be, especially when it comes to checking fluid level and servicing the pan. This upgrade adds extra fluid capacity, improves serviceability, and makes future transmission checks much easier. This video covers the full process, including removing the factory pan, installing the upgraded transmission pan, adding the remote dipstick, refilling the transmission, and checking everything over. This is not a quick “five-minute job,” but it is a worthwhile upgrade for anyone who wants to make future transmission maintenance easier on their F-150.
