The Proposal - Singing "This Kind of Love" by Sister Hazel 4-12-14

This is a video of my marriage proposal to my girlfriend Samantha. She always wanted the proposal to be in front of her friends and family so i could think of no better way to have proposed than on stage at one of my bands concerts, in front of EVERYONE!!! About two years ago I was in epcot center and saw Sister Hazel playing live. It was the first time I had heard the song "This Kind of Love" I instantly knew that was going to be the song I was going to sing to her during our proposal. Some additional info and a little bit about the video that you don't see: First, Samantha had been asking me to dedicate this song to her for at least two years during one of my shows but i was waiting for the right moment. So when she comes up on stage she thinks that i will be just singing the song to her and thats it. She doesn't know a proposal is coming. Second, at the point in the song where i am taking the ring out of my pocket, im also pointing to people in the crowd for Samantha to look at. At that moment a HUGE banner was being held up that read "WILL YOU MARRY ME SAMANTHA?" You can clearly see her reaction when she sees it. Anyways i hope everyone enjoys the video and thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us.
