1981 logos

1981 was an interesting year. This was the year where the transition from the 70s to the 80s was the most apparent. There is a huge mix of disco esque 70s styled logos and 80s logos with synths. It felt like two separate years put together, one of them being a 70s year and the other being an 80s year. It felt like the 70s and 80s competing to define the year. There is also a bunch of home video logos. Home video was starting to grow during the late 70s but the number of home video logos exploded in '81. It was an overall interesting year for logos but had plenty of chessiness.
