Secondary Highway - Hanna Alberta - The story of a the Historic Roundhouse and Seymour Hotel

Telling the stories of abandoned houses on the prairies wouldn't be possible if it weren't for the close connections of the nearest communities. Small towns such as Hanna Alberta were the hub of prairie life during the pioneering boom years. The railroad brought life to a growing community of hard workers. Of course, these transients need a place to lay their weary heads. The Seymour Hotel served this purpose for decades. Growth of large cities would ultimately be the death of these places. People moved away to find more work. But some people stayed. Ada and Emerson share their stories of the place they call home.
