Fixing Stick Drift on a DualShock 3: Easier than I thought

I bought this DualShock 3 at Goodwill for a few bucks. Dirty and sticky but all was well until I tested it. The right analog stick had stick drift. This ended up being an easier repair than I thought with no soldering skills required. Follow along as I replace the defective analog stick and bring this controller to it's former glory!
