EKSAMEN: Tilknytningsteori Bowlby og Ainsworth på 5 min (Psykologi VG2)

Attachment theory explained in a simple way: Bowlby, Ainsworth and the stranger situation. Learn about secure, ambivalent, avoidant and disorganized attachment – and how it affects relationships. In this video you will get a simple and clear introduction to attachment theory from a psychodynamic perspective. We look at how early bonds with caregivers can shape us throughout our lives – in friendship, love and conflict. You will learn about key theories from John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth, including the famous Strange Situation, which examines how children respond to separation and reunion. These experiences can form internal working models – mental “maps” of what we expect from ourselves and others in close relationships. We will explore four attachment patterns/styles: Secure, Anxious-ambivalent, Anxious-avoidant and Disorganized The goal is for you to be able to recognize how attachment can affect reactions to closeness, distance and stress – and understand why conflicts often arise when the need for security crashes.
