Hello everyone 👋 In this episode, we're heading to Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria, to a truly unique farm where they raise not trout, sturgeon, or any other common commercial fish, but the endangered Caspian salmon 🐟 This is one of the few companies in Russia that isn't just raising fish, but restoring the population of this rare species. Even with warmer water, that's still almost a year.
