NotZozobra 2014

NotZozobra 2014 - an annual burn at Chris Isengard's house in Albuquerque, as an alternative to the Zozobra burning in Santa Fe. This year there were over a hundred people attending, and we had some great entertainment with the Brazilian-style drumming of Baracutanga, the local fire-dancers, and the American style bellydancing of local artists who formed an impromptu company for this amazing event. Thanks to everyone who made it happen, including our city, for granting our petition to keep the cul-de-sac unpaved, and the fire department, for charging a reasonable fee for their services, and even to the city police, for leaving us be at our peaceful and most awesome party.
