Then pull a shot into a separate glass, when you are finished pulling the shot put one pump of simple syrup or 1/2 tablespoon sugar in the espresso. Dump it all into the martini shaker and put one slice of lemon in with it. Shake it like it owes you money. Drain all the ice while pouring it into a martini glass and bam one of the best drinks you will ever have when it's warm outside. Remember: make sure you strain the ice out, you are left with heavenly crystals and shards when you strain the big stuff out.
