Keep watching the lecture by the Hiltons for a good demonstration of the the bombshell following the double reverse spin. Note that they are practicing the overspin but then when they move on to the bombshell the overspin is not danced. the double reverse spin is the entry to the bombshell. The ronde is a same foot figure so the lady is led to change weight and uncross her feet while the man does not change weight but releases into the right leg to ronde the left.
