The flavours here are traditional, after all the kitchen is helmed by a Bangkok native, Anna who has been cooking here for the last six years. Thanks to a fortunate twist of fate, we stumbled upon this eatery, me and my good friend, self-trained chef Gautam Krishnankutty, who probably knows Thai cuisine like the back of his hand. Incidentally, he was also perhaps the first chef to give Bangalore a taste of Thai flavours nearly 20 years ago. The flavours here are rustic, wholesome and homely.
