Hello fellow outdoor glamping and camping enthusiasts... Today I'm introducing you to the ESBIT BBQ 100 S. The small size of this mini-grill, in my opinion, requires a rethink when it comes to fuel. Not all charcoal is created equal. Given the limited space inside the grill, I was looking for an efficient type of charcoal that doesn't take up much room. (500-800g minced meat or poultry**) 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp honey 3 tbsp Oil (olive or vegetable oil) 1 tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. salt (sounds like a lot, but please remember it's enough salt for 800g) Pepper, paprika, and chili flakes to taste! But never without these ingredients!! **The above mixture is even more interesting for chicken wings... Place the wings and the spice mix in a covered bowl, shake well, and let it marinate for 12 hours...
