Makes 18 cookies Ingredients: 1 cup butter 3/4 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 eggs 2 tsps vanilla extract 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup chocolate chips 1. Cream butter and both sugars using a stand mixer until well combined 2. Add in eggs and vanilla extract and continue mixing 3. Add in baking soda, flour, and graham cracker crumbs and mix until it forms a soft dough 4. Pour in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, then continue mixing 5.
