In parallel, Moscow continues to respond with threats, accusing NATO of escalation and preparing strikes on Russian air bases. Separately, there was a discussion of tensions in relations with Poland due to historical disputes around the OUN and UPA, possible risks to Ukraine's European integration, as well as new decisions by partners: a law in the US to accelerate the transfer of ammunition and missiles to Ukraine for HIMARS, negotiations on the production of SCALP missiles in Ukraine, contacts between the US and Iran in Qatar, and the launch of the US sanctions portal OFAC.
