Preheat Air Fryer Cook Time 40 minutes overall compared to a conventional oven cook time of 1 Hour 30 Minutes. Air Fryer Temperature 170 C Cooked for 20 minutes wrapped in foil, turned over cooked for further 10 minutes, again turned over and cooked for a final 10 minutes. Checked with meat probe in centre of joint for a temp reading of 63C or 148F minimum. Removed and allowed to rest for 10 minutes covered in foil. The Gammon is turned over twice as it sits pretty close to the heating element in the Air fryer.
