How Do I Plan My Art Journals

One of the questions I get asked a LOT is... ...how do I plan what to include in my art journal? With the exception of a specific journal for my Faces of Flow course, the simple answer is that I do not plan anything. My creative style is tactile, messy and a lot of fun. My creativity comes when I just let go and enjoy the process. I grab something that inspires me - it could be some papers, some fabric - and I stitch it together ready to get creative. There is no end goal in mind, I have no preconceived idea of what the style will be, what colours I will use and you will find anything form faces, photos and sewing through to recipes that inspire me.
