Aprilia SR GT Sport 125. Test skutera z Vmax 114 km/h. Jedyny, który pokochasz jak swojego superbike

The Aprilia SR has always been associated with its 49cc two-stroke engine and, of course, was designated the SR 50. It was produced until 2020, remaining the last true righteous in the battle against eco-activists and the emission standards they pushed. There's still a wealth of engine tuning accessories available on the market. In theory, the top speed was limited to 45 km/h, but in practice, unlocking it was as reflexive as eating a Delicia starting from the rims. With the right parts, it was possible to reach speeds well over 100 km/h. Then came the emission standards and ruined everything, but the Noale manufacturer hasn't forgotten about the SR series and has treated us to a completely new incarnation: a scooter designed to both dynamically take corners and comfortably cruise on gravel roads. The Aprilia SR GT Sport 125 is now powered by a 125cc engine, which is also found in the Piaggio Medley 125, for example. This means maximum power is available of 14 hp and maximum torque of 12 Nm. The engine has a Start & Stop system, which can be conveniently switched off. If you're unfamiliar with this design, you should know that the radiator is located on the side of the scooter, and the rear suspension travel is only 102 mm. The front suspension is slightly better, thanks to the Showa telescopic fork with 120 mm of travel. At first glance, one might wonder if the forks aren't too thin for this machine's intended use. The frame is a double cradle made of steel tubing. On the technical side, the manufacturer also boasts the use of Wave disc brakes, which is supposed to translate into better braking. Components from J.Juan, a Spanish manufacturer recently acquired by Brembo, were used.
