Thurston - 2023 Nationals Open B Grade Concert – March The 2023 NBCA Australian National Championships were held over the Easter weekend in 2023, from Friday 7 April to Monday 10 April. Performances took place in The Newcastle City Hall and the Civic Theatre Newcastle. Castle Hill RSL Youth Wind Orchestra, conducted by Mr. James Brice OAM, won BOTH the Junior A Grade Concert title, and Open B Grade Concert titles at this magnificent event.
