TriEssence Realistic knife defense approach
Here are some concepts from my personal approach and understanding of hand vs knife defense, plus some basic analysis on what works and what doesn't. One should always keep in mind that hand vs knife is a last resort, if you can avoid confronting a person with knife then by all means do that, but if you cannot then better hope you are well prepared against it. This is not an instruction video so do not expect to just watch this and be able to take out a person with a knife, this is merely to share some ideas on the subject, you will need proper training to make it work. As always constructive comments are welcome and feel free to contact me for class details in Gauteng South Africa. Email : [email protected] Facebook page : / triessencemartialart
