55 Chevy Rear Metalwork

This ones kind of long, but it took me two days to do. With a warm weekend I knew it was my opportunity to tackle the fiddly rear sheetmetal work on the car. Once I got the outer metal removed I needed to re-create the inner structure before I could weld in the new patch panel. I went with the Mig welder on this project as it made the work go a lot faster, and the base metal around the patches was hard to get cleaned up. Let me know in the comments if you like these longer videos. For updates on the parts I don't film check me out in Instagram @55_twoten. Cheers!
