For the final location of the 2023 Origins series, I visited Nashville to learn all about hot chicken. I spoke with the niece of the founder of hot chicken - Ms André Prince who shared her family's history with the dish. And I was invited into the kitchens of Party Fowl and 400 Degrees so I could see how they cook hot chicken.
