Clicking "Join now" (you may need to sign in with a Google account). Others can use the same link to join — either directly or by requesting access if needed. The host may need to admit participants who are not from the same organization. 🔁 Link Reuse and Expiration ✅ Reusable: You can use the same link many times. ⏳ Expiration: The link will stay active for up to 365 days after its last use. 📌 You can use the link for recurring meetings (daily, weekly, etc.) ⏱️ Daily Time Limits by Account Type Account Type Max Time per Meeting Daily Use Free Google Account (Gmail) ⏰ 1 hour per session ✅ Unlimited (just rejoin or restart every hour) Google Workspace (Paid) ⏰ Up to 24 hours ✅ Unlimited 🔸 Note: Even with a free account, there's no limit on how many times you can use the link per day. Just restart the session after the 1-hour limit.
