In today’s video, I share with you my entire relaxer touch-up process from start to finish. Usually I trim my ends every relaxer with my stylist. I don’t self-trim. I’ve been self relaxing, with the help of my sister, for the past 10 years. In this video I emphasize the importance of protecting and prepping your hair before a relaxer for stronger healthier tresses. I swear by all the methods, products and techniques I share in this video as they have worked well for me and my hair over the years. So today, I’m demonstrating how to achieve and maintain healthy relaxed hair while relaxing at home. I also share tips for taking care of your relaxed hair to prevent under-processing, over-processing, overlap, relaxer run-off etc. so that your hair can grow long, thick and healthy!
